She gets massive damage off two lights (guaranteed third light with poison) - if you want faster lights that would have to be traded and I for one would rather the threat of the current version
Hidden stance is situational, you use it to avoid & punish CERTAIN attacks. Its not a one size fits all defence (nor should it be)
Edit: her kick can still be followed with the light finish whether it hits or not, if you input the light this will beat a GB and guarantee your hit. Varied use of this after a kick forces the opponent to hold back on the GB to see if they need to parry the light, by which time your CGB window is up
She is an amazing character at present & one I've been having great success on
There is no threat in the current version. High damage from something you can never land at higher levels of play is a road that ends abruptly at a dead end. Reducing her ability to apply her bleed is not warranted simply for allowing her the new normal speed of all standard light attacks. Instead the consideration should be to lower the damage of her neutral light from 18 to 15 and her 3rd guarranteed light from 26 (20 damage + 6 bleed) to 20 (14 damage + 6 bleed). So that her damage numbers go from this:
18
18/8 HS
26 - 20 damage + 6 bleed
to this:
15
18/8 HS
20 - 14 damage + 6 bleed
Keeping in mind two things:
1) Nobu should have an incentive for trying to attack and get that second light in.
2) Bleed can be negated in team modes via healing feats/healing zones and Warden's thick blood feat.
An "Amazing Character" is a very biased assessment to make in my opinion. Objectively speaking she has a very lopsided kit that is heavily stacked in favour of turtling up and has nothing in terms of a viable offense. yeah, im talking about a light from neutral, or from start up. it needs to be faster because rn people just see nobushi as parry prey and literally everything i throw out as her gets parried. i cant feint much and most of my time is spent with me standing there and getting my stamina back. have you ever gotten a guardbreak with nobu, landed a heavy, and then went for the kick after? the delay on the kick kills me. no, she isnt an assasin but she is a hybrid of one. she should really a nice flowing gameplay/style. she just feels too defensive and easily abused. EDIT: her slower lights, while vulnerable, are a method to deliver bleed stacks, as are her kicks. Nobu with stacks can hurt... alot
She could do 5million damage to bleeding opponents and she would still be weak... She still actually has to land those slow attacks. I said ever since her "rework" that it was virtually pointless because she still struggles to land attacks or open up turtles. The rework did nothing to change that and she needs looking at again, even if it just to speed up her 600ms lights to 500ms and a slight tweak to make her HS and Swift Recoil more useful vs chained attacks.

She'd need significant changes mechanically on the offensive front to warrent nerfing her damage and defense. (both of which SHOULD get nerfed at some point. But only after she's better else where.)
Hidden stance is not situational. it along with her ability to dash cancel recoveries are VITAL for her to avoid most mix ups in the game to actually punish people. What IS situational about hidden stance is what you use from it to punish. Kick is generally the fastest one. But her lights and heavies out of it also have a place. Her kick has 0ms of GB vulnerability. So trying to GB it is pointless to begin with. the light after the kick isn't really to protect her kick more than it is a mix up option when she's being ganked/if she landed the kick. You almost never double light from neutral. The most she does is land a poke to apply bleed or a standard light to poke people who are trying to punish her ally. No one should have 600ms lights. No one is asking for 400ms lights for her.

and long range attack will not make her strong cuz all players know attacks whom have long range are light and they all parrying it . and heavy faint guard break will not work for long range , and when enemy want to parry light we cant use faint guard break cuz there heave will hit you ,
my option is
- op stance
-faintbale kick just like highlander not like warden
-nobushi bleed attacks are take limited bleed for example 26 bleed , make it unlimite like peacekeere bleed attacks you will bleed how musch u resive bleed attacks
-fast light will make her light spamm , but better moveset will make better charecter
-she need some moveset agenst player who turtiling for example if lawbringer want just use shove defence and light , you will die slowly . she need some thing to be harm agenst turtule players
