Low Lvl Gear mods are Overpowered and the best in the game - Nerf / Fix pls?

    Greetings,

currently there are super low level gear mods that are ridiculously overpowered and unable to get for max lvl characters.

I'm talking about blue quality "Generic System Mods". That go into "Utillity" or "Defense" slots.
These are the only mods provide for example flat out 6% Weapon Damage per mod making them better than gold ones and also are the only damage increasing mods that go into "Utillity" and "Defense" slots. And count as such even while clearly being "Red" ones.
These are currently the very best mods for Max lvl characters. (Yet unobtainable for Max lvl Characters)
Forcing you to make a low lvl twink and get those.
These mods drop for Characters around lvl 16-23 only.

I don't think that this is intended for low lvl stuff being the only ones that do that in addition to outperforming everything that max lvl has to offer.
Thus I suggest a nerf or "fix" to those mods.

    Proof: https://imgur.com/a/DJ1nwF5

I'd like for Ubisoft to respond about this matter.

Yup exactly this I’m running 1.2 skill power and running better % mods than my friend with full skill power build 😂 yet I’m still heavily stacked into blue and reds i pretty much have the best of a skill power build on a red and blue stack build using this exact lack of testing on ubisofts part !

In pvp I’m so overpowered compared to other players it’s completely broken ubi your games done if you dont fix this

Except these are not. With proper gearing these Low lvl Mods alone allow for builds with such an insane amount of weapon damage that you're not able to reach even close with max lvl mods.
As such if you're going to min / max these mods will become mandatory, thus fix 'em before it comes to this.

Yeah think you guys missed mine and op’s point ... I have mods that are as strong as a full skill power builds mods are yet I have the requirements of a level 15 character skill power thus allowing me to basically be a red and blue stacked character with max skill power bonuses with out having really anything into skill power

I’m a Dps/tank build that has the same healing capabilities as a full blown dedicated healer 😂

I think everything has to be nerfed in this game.

    - LMGs
    - MMRs
    - Shotguns
    - Gear sets
    - SMGs
    - Mods

But be aware that you will lose 90% of the playerbase.

Could people please stop using "overpowered" as a stop phrase? No they aren't overpowered. The rest is just terribly underwhelming.

On top of that blue mods offer only 1 single stat. Purple 2 and gold 3. Giving you theoretically more advantage for high-end mods.

The real issue is that these stats are useless in the current state of the game.

And it is not impossible to get these mods.

You can join a (willing) wt1 player and farm in their world. OR...you can even make a second character and farm in your own world and place the mods in your stash for your primary character. That's what that is for and has been for since TD1.

Or...guess what...they could fix the other mods and make the additional stats on them relevant.

^ This is one of the possibillities these mods allow, another would be this: https://imgur.com/a/cPqLWAS

Such insane builds are only possible with those low lvl mods, making them mandatory if you min / max.
And that can not be intended for low lvl stuff outperforming everything that max lvl mods have to offer.
