I've had some issues as well.
This guy spawned cards right in front of my nk. And to make things worse they seemed to have hacked their defense zapping feature to zap my new spawns, that I spawned in my back corner btw, and was able to(I can't describe it any other way)zap me like hitting a rapid fire button. Killing my guys well before they even made it to his side of the field.

You should report that player through the in-game reporting function. There's no way of following up from the forums, since you can't name the player who is cheating. Anyone you call out for cheating through these forums will have their name removed from your post for violation of the naming and shaming rules on these forums.

And how do you know this works? I have experienced the same behaviour of the same player over the last months... reported multiple times. Never had a reply and still get matched to him/her. The report function looks like a waste of time if you ask me...

According to them it goes through. I think the chances of your issue being reviewed is extremely low, be it important or not.

What's your source for that? Also you are sure he is a coding developer and not community developer? The latter is a term they used before.

I've always referred to him as community manager because that's the only term I've see them use, but my source was a team mate who watched their last stream where he said he was a developer, and I assumed coding developer. Even if he's a community developer this topic was brought by them and not us, so I'd expect some kind of follow up.
