Also been waiting since forever for server side... So many lag-related weird issues in the game, frustration that could have been avoided.

To be honest I think its down to cost though: development cost to create it, testing cost to make sure its working properly and in the long run hosting costs to keep servers up and running.

Considering they no longer mention server side, and they no longer reply to post about it, it seems likely it has been removed from SPPD's roadmap. That kind of calls are usually made by someone higher up in the company foodchain, but the end result is that whoever from RL that happens to be representing them on here will be taking the heat for it.

And I guess they know an official statement proclaiming its no longer even on the roadmap may risk players quitting, so most probably the staff who comment here are gagged. They are simply not supposed to give any kind of reply regarding the state of server side, even if they would want to.

RL: feel free to prove me wrong I would be overjoyed if you suddenly dropped an updated game with server side in my lap

Even if there are no responses on the topic people will quit though (it seems there's already a few who have). By not commenting on the topic people will continue to ask about server side, I know I will for as long as I play the game. New and old players will read all the complaints and think twice before spending money, so I hope RL will answer to salvage the image of the game, because I'm still a fool believing in its potential.

Many people don't play for fun anymore, they just play in preparation to the day when we hopefully don't have revived units frozen screens/units sudden lag, moonwalks, double hits, unregistered damage, etc. Even though there are other players who've also become slaves to the game, all of these problems may help them snap out of it.

Sadly, there are so many bugs in the game that have been reported ages ago, and new ones keep coming.

Its hard not to feel that instead of fixing the issues, the team is spending their time on new cards, repetitive events, challenges, battle pass, etc etc. Mostly things that people have not requested and should have lower priority than making the game playable.

I really wish (and have previously requested on here) that they would spend a couple of weeks on a bug fixing release. Nothing else. Just fixing issues and giving us a solid version of the game.

Well as you say they just seem to spend their time on new features rather than fixing bugs, and of course if they keep just laying down new code on top of an already highly buggy game, then of course they are likely to just create more and more bugs.

They are either preparing a satisfactory answer to this or just saving it to surprise us :3. I think if they wanted to keep it as a surprise they should reconsider though, so some of the many upset players can have some peace of mind that this is still in the works.

they are only thinking about how much money they will earn with the next card they are going to launch at the next event ....

our answer on the server side or on the hacks / cheaters will never be ... wanna bet ???

they only read and ignore, so long this active topic, and nothing .... I expected a little more consideration and sincerity with the public that really cares about the game ... but they are only showing that they are neither there, and that what really matters is the profit that the game yields ...

Sooooooo you're showing us a laggy match where you got outplayed in the middle of the match? Between 2:10 and 1:42 your opponent sits on his energy completely while he takes a bar from you with bebe. By the time he starts summoning, he will easily have a full energy meter, and he drops red(4) butters(2) stan(3) and EJ to finish(2). Energy is still accumulating while he summons, so that 11 energy is totally explainable in a quick burst that empties his meter completely. he also doesn't summon anything for some time after.

You got outplayed in the early-mid game but came back for the win. What on earth are you accusing your opponent of exactly?

That person indeed had enough energy, no hacks there, but there are other people who do so we need this server side badly. Glitches due lag are triggered more often nowadays.
