To which drivers version did you roll back?
I heard 418.91 were quite good. Nvidia just released 425.31 but those are in beta for days now so I doubt they address the DX12 issues of TD 2.
    Thanks

Setting affinity of EasyAntiCheat seems to have helped for me - I have to test a bit more though

Mine should defintely not stutter with an i9 9900K, RTX2080 and fast m2-ssd :P

so the affinity does not apply to the division2.exe but the EAC.exe instead?

The game does not work correctly with the swap file on the hard disk.
Dragging the OS to the SSD and turning off the swap file - fps became stable. After the Operation is completed, the fps never drop
    All good

Did you just say drag your operating system to another drive Drag_Drop!

Not a good idea but if you want to move it you can, just whatever you do don't drag and drop

I've been having constant stuttering problems since launch and nothing has really helped. Going to DX11 helps some, but not fully.

I get frame pacing issues at a locked, and stable, 60hz, causing the game to feel like its playing at 20 fps while actually being 60, its literally causes me to feel a kind of disorienting physical pain to look at the screen when that happens. No version of V sync in game or via NV Control panel seems to help here.

Then I get the FPS drops that feel like a "hickup" of the game engine. Something happens that near suspends the entire game for about 0.5 seconds then the game will resume its 60hz frame rate. Needless to say this is really bad in a split second action game.

Low, Medium, HIgh settings this doesn't help. windows, borderless, or Full screen doesn't help. Disabling DX12 does significantly reduce, but not eliminate this issue.

Doing a "clean boot" doesn't seem to help any. Completely wiping and reinstalling the game doesn't help. Temps are good, CPU runs at 50-70%, and GPU averages 64% on HIgh, 1440p@60hz.

Hey guys! For assistance, please submit your MSINFO/dxdiag files as well as what troubleshooting steps you've already tried. You can either reply to this thread or send me a DM with your ticket number so I can follow up on it for you. I apologize for any frustration regarding these performance issues.
