The game does not work correctly with the swap file on the hard disk.
Dragging the OS to the SSD and turning off the swap file - fps became stable. After the Operation is completed, the fps never drop
All good

CPU: i5 4440
GPU: GeForce GTX 760 2gb
RAM: 8gb
OS to ssd : Sandisk SSD Plus 128Gb
Game Hdd: WD 1Tb 5400rpm

Swap file - OFF
Game settings - Medium, DX 11
FPS: 40-50
I've been having constant stuttering problems since launch and nothing has really helped. Going to DX11 helps some, but not fully.
I get frame pacing issues at a locked, and stable, 60hz, causing the game to feel like its playing at 20 fps while actually being 60, its literally causes me to feel a kind of disorienting physical pain to look at the screen when that happens. No version of V sync in game or via NV Control panel seems to help here.
Then I get the FPS drops that feel like a "hickup" of the game engine. Something happens that near suspends the entire game for about 0.5 seconds then the game will resume its 60hz frame rate. Needless to say this is really bad in a split second action game.
Low, Medium, HIgh settings this doesn't help. windows, borderless, or Full screen doesn't help. Disabling DX12 does significantly reduce, but not eliminate this issue.
Doing a "clean boot" doesn't seem to help any. Completely wiping and reinstalling the game doesn't help. Temps are good, CPU runs at 50-70%, and GPU averages 64% on HIgh, 1440p@60hz.
