    Sincerely? The audacity to supplement your incompetence with such a statement overwhelms me. I had to create an account as I wouldn't be able to sleep tonight without sharing my thoughts on this matter. My copy is AC3/ACL remastered for the Switch. I've been encountering the same issue and went online hoping for the solution. Imagine: the official position of Ubisoft is "We sold the same broken horse**** and cannot and/or will not work towards a solution for our REMASTERED edition, best of luck with it." I'm absolutely blown away. This is the height of absurdity. Should I contact Amazon directly to make this return or should I contact Ubisoft? I'm going to require my $40 returned with all haste. This is possibly the greatest injustice since OJ Simpson walked out of the courtroom with an acquittal after murdering his wife.

    Hey there! I'm sorry for the disappointment caused by this. Unfortunately what we previously communicated is correct - I know this is not by any means ideal. I'll need to close this thread as bumping older threads is against the forums rules. If you were seeking a refund you would need to contact the retailer directly, in this case Amazon.
