Sincerely? The audacity to supplement your incompetence with such a statement overwhelms me. I had to create an account as I wouldn't be able to sleep tonight without sharing my thoughts on this matter. My copy is AC3/ACL remastered for the Switch. I've been encountering the same issue and went online hoping for the solution. Imagine: the official position of Ubisoft is "We sold the same broken horse**** and cannot and/or will not work towards a solution for our REMASTERED edition, best of luck with it." I'm absolutely blown away. This is the height of absurdity. Should I contact Amazon directly to make this return or should I contact Ubisoft? I'm going to require my $40 returned with all haste. This is possibly the greatest injustice since OJ Simpson walked out of the courtroom with an acquittal after murdering his wife.
