    Comprehensive Feedback Thread

    DISCLAIMER: Game is amazing, but there is much room for improvement.
    Gathered together a list of stuff the community suggested and what I would love to be added.
    Many of my personal suggestions are also community suggestions, so I didn't include them twice.
    Community Feedback:

    • "Donate All" button for control point resources
    • "Mark All" button for exclamation marks in menus
    • Loot-gearscore should scale with player-gearscore in WT5
    • More ammunition options for AR and rifle platform
    • Buff to shotguns
    • Better balancing of skillpower
    • Better balancing of mods (also see personal feedback)
    • Fix increased game crashes since April 5th patch
    • Fix increased t-posing NPCs since April 5th patch
    • Fix special ammo missing drops since April 5th patch
    • Give an option for old Chemlauncher controls (mainly for consoles, on PC the new seems to be better)
    • Review gearsets and exotic weapons which (except the chatterbox maybe) feel kinda underwhelming


    Personal Feedback:

    BALANCING AND QOL (QUALITY OF LIFE) IMPROVEMENTS
    • Add an abiltiy to switch between ADS (Aim Down Sight) and OTS (Over The Shoulder) on sniper scopes *(headshot bonus would only aply to ADS)*
    • Add an ability to mark gear as "for recalibration"
    • Add a warning to the UI when one of our weapons needs to be reloaded
    • Add more rebind options, for ingame activities and menus
    • Add a dedicated rebind option for the combat roll
    • Increase speed when switching to sidearms
    • In close areas, dont make the agent vanish completely but zoom the camera to the arms/hands for a hybrid first person view
    • Make mods get automatically stripped of gear when we mark it as junk
    • Reduce melee hit damage on non dedicated melee enmies
    • Remove animation for ammo boxes
    • Remove double clicking on PC menus


    FEATURE ADDITIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS
    • Add an advanced/contextual ping system like in Apex Legends
    • Add back mobile cover
    • AI improvements 1: Friendly NPCs are upgradable *(don't know what the current slots on them stand for, but they could be used for a) armor, b) weapon type and c) weapon upgrade)*
    • AI improvements 2: Friendly NPCs act more clever, search cover when they are low level and press aggressive when they are high level
    • AI improvements 3: Friendly NPCs can be healed with skills
    • AI improvements 4: Friendly NPCs should search indoor locations in bad weather conditions. The cool locations at the checkpoints could use some life
    • AI improvements 5: Enemy NPCs don't rush past you to search cover in your back. If they flank, the automatically avoid a set radius from our character to avoid instances where they stupidly push right in front of us without shooting
    • AI improvements 6: Enemy NPCs that rush you should always be easy to kill. They only should get close to you when you don't pay attention. Currently many enemies (like those SMG guys) can rush and kill you easily because they tank way too much and kill way too fast
    • Change double door animation to the one Kelso uses in the first mission, PLEASE!
    • Change hard drop and vault drop animation to the standard drop animation or
    • Combat roll on hard drop *(there is no real fall damage anymore, the hard drop just interrupts the game flow)*
    • Let us pet dogs (and also the foxes :O)
    • New UI *(current inventory added to the map screen, new simple inventory while ingame that only shows weapon, gear and skill slots with basic informations only)*


    WEAPON ADDITIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS


    MTX AND VANITY ADDITIONS AND IMPROVEMTNS[/LIST][*]Add back a jacket slot like in the first game[*]Add emotes 1: Looking on the watch which gives a small overlay over your watch with the world time[*]Add emotes 2: Role-playing *(cross-legged sitting, resting, push ups etc.)*[*]Add emotes 3: Tactical gestures[*]Add stuff from other Ubisoft games like Rainbow Six Siege, Ghost Recon etc.[*]Add the ability to change how your gear looks like in Assassin's Creed Odyssesy[*]Add weapon slings as vanity item slot for weapons[*]Make masks compatible to headgear[*]Split up costumes to make each part usable for customisation[*]Way more vanities to find in the open world *(color variants of existing vanities, for example)*[*]Way more vanities to buy in the shop[/LIST]

    Good stuff. Some a little more doable than others, but all are good suggestions. Especially the M16A3. There was a good reason why nobody used burst weapons in the 1st game. It still applies to this one. Either buff the A2, unlock its trigger, or make it the A3... preferably just make it the A3.

    Very comprehensive, and well laid out.

    I agree with pretty much everything including the personal suggestions. I get that some of this stuff isn't super critical and is more of a 'nice to have' list going forward so hopefully the devs will consider it.

    I loved the A3 so much in Battlefield 3 - it looked and performed so dope. Still one of my favorite games in retrospective.

    Absolutely love all of these ideas and comments in this thread.

    I'd like to add one thing to the mods which would be to see on the mod itself which piece of armor it applies to and be able to equip them from the mod inventory instead of going into each piece separately.

    Absolutely my favorite there, too, even after they "nerfed" it. Was sad to see the M4 was burst in BF4.

    While we are talking about weapon aesthetics in Div 2, why did Ubisoft ruin the AK with the ridiculous, hideous stupid block magazine they had in the first game, for extended mags?

    The standard 40 rd (light +10 mag in this game) looks just like a regular AK mag only longer. They got it right with the AR pattern rifles, and have the correct mag on the RPK, but AK's look awful, and dumb with the God-awful brick hanging off of them. Found my first wood/steel AK high end in God only knows when, grinded control points for the (now) +10 magazine, only to find its that... thing.

    Horrible. I know you could've done better. Who is advising you guys on weapons? You could've just done a 2 minute search on google to get it right! I don't even run attachments on the gun, to keep the looks pure, and believe me, the handling makes even normal missions hard... Least you could've done was get the look right. Lemme guess, no drum magazine for the heavy +20 magazine? Guess I'll be looking at the same stupid brick, that nobody really uses IRL, even?

    Very disappointing...

    Yes, and it was neede. Before patch grenades droped so many, that i could just walk with grenade launcher only.
    Devs decreased it, but for SOME players there is some bugs with drop chance. NOT FOR ALL. And that is exactly why they couldn't deal with that problem quickly enough.

    To OP:
    Good one. But:

    How about racoons?))

    Also i would ask for a buff to Black tusk. They seems underwhelming, especialy their rushers (too easy to kill them on drone deploying) and operators (they just sit in cover and do nothing except repairing mini-tanks).
