What if we got a new event where all the reworked characters went back to how they used to be. I dont mean the "hero improvement buffs" like highlander, warlord, nobushi and so on, but I mean the characters that got a rework, I miss the old valk but I dont remember how I used to play her, so maybe if we get this event, we can play the original cast again like kensai, berserker, etc, then we can actually see how good their reworks actually are.

Gonna have to hard disagree with you here. The reworks are there for a reason and all this "event" would do is put them back to their crappy, under-performing condition. They were reworked because they needed more or better ways to deal with the current game as it is, and more refinement. Kensei would go back to being a tortoise-speed parry bait, shugoki would go back to being a staring contest, even valk as you mention would just become a light parry factory. Pre-rework that is all she was, now she actually has mindgames. Rather than want to go back to the old, I would suggest re-learning how to play her current kit. Look up videos, practice in the hero tactics (seriously, this is actually a good thing to do, they teach you quite a bit) and just learn how she is now. I assure you, she is way better than she was, just like every other character that got a rework.

No one is forced to play the old style, it's only a event, so you can play the event or not. I still think itll be a good idea as it'll make us appreciate how bad they used to be, plus it'll make the nee players who haven't tried them have a chance to experience how the game used to be. The event is in its own category so you don't have to worry about it in duels/brawls/dominion/etc, only the event.
