So I'm doing another play through along side my son to help teach him to play, we get to the transitions B grade contract where you have to finish in 21 seconds and even when he would complete it in time, it would give him a fail! I ended up having to do it for him so I could press the R1 button to end the run practically at the same time as completing it. I don't recall this happening when I beat it the first time on my regular account. Has anyone else had this issue? Maybe I was just so focused when I played the first time I didn't realize it happened

I just did that contract yesterday for the first time (PC), and that's how it was. There's at least one more timed University contract that works the same. You have to beat it *and* manually exit before the time limit, which is stupid. I posted about it here on one of the topics yesterday. I've no idea if it's been like that since launch or it's a bug introduced later.
