Black prior can currently keep a person locked in oos state uuusiing his easy shield bashes and continuously stam drain into heavy, light, and unblockables which while trapped in a corner in oos state is undodgable... as of now he can kill the entire cast of characters before the he runs out of stamina, meaning if the black prior is desperate enough he can turtle until his opponent is in oos and then shield bash spam him.

need to prevent him from starting any combo with a blow of the shield and it will become easier. because even when the stamina is over, the characters from low tier will not be able to do anything to him anyway. for example, aramusha. the weakest character in the game. even if the Vortiger does not recruit a stamina at all, aramusha simply cannot punch it. no unblockable attacks ...
