After having upgraded my Ruthless exotic weapon from level 1 to 421 gear score before today's update, it seems that despite having all the requirements respected (including the exotic components and the weapon itself in my inventory) i can't still upgrade this specific exotic weapon, all the other worked fine. I'm adding below a youtube video that proves my good faith regarding this bug report.

Make sure it's not equipped, I had that issue with Chatterbox. Wouldn't let me upgrade (grayed out blueprint) until I unequipped it (and perhaps unfavorite it as well? I did both).

can confirm it isn't having it equipped. Won't let you craft even if you don't have it equipped. You get to select it but the craft button is grayed out

It just states that you don't have the blue print, even if you do.

Same problem for me. Have all components and the weapon in inventory. Not marked favourite, no exotics equiped.
Just keeps saying not all crafting conditions are met.

Same problem here i had the same issue since launch. I have all materials needed, when i go to craft the upgrade it pops up "Warning: All crafting conditions are not met."

Same problem, cant upgrade to GS 500 the Ruthless (comming from upgrade Merciless 497 to a Ruthless 481)

Same problem. have all components required, Chatterbox, Liberty, Lullaby upgraded with no issues, can't upgrade Ruthless.

I guess I’m the only idiot that deconstructed my only exotic (chatterbox) to upgrade and was unable to due to the “weapon score 250”.

Not going to farm this again. Taking a break. 😓
