After having upgraded my Ruthless exotic weapon from level 1 to 421 gear score before today's update, it seems that despite having all the requirements respected (including the exotic components and the weapon itself in my inventory) i can't still upgrade this specific exotic weapon, all the other worked fine. Hi BBK_Favente! Thank you for the video. Do you have a screenshot of the Ruthless in your inventory? What is your current Gear Score?

Nothing special to mention about it: it was upgraded two days ago after getting a merciless from an outcast boss on a workbench which had the maximum level for world tier 4 and the exotic components are from the desert eagle exotic. The only interesting part is that the Lullaby didn't have this issue and could be upgraded to 500 gear score with today's update.

I have the same problem with Ruthless.Chatterbox upgraded just fine...

I too am experiencing the bug. I am not able to upgrade my freshly crafted 474 ruthless to a 500. Even though I meet all requirements, it says that I do not. Minutes before I was able to do the same process to upgrade my Sweet Dreams to a 500 Lullaby no problem. Wish I would have kept my 499 Merciless before I tanked its gear score to 474 with the first Ruthless uprade. While we are talking about it, why in God's name when I am 500 gear score is it possible to craft a 474 gear score item? It makes absolutely zero sense. That too should be looked in to.

im having the exact same issue... got the ruthless in my bags (not equiped) and when i try to upgrade it to 500 it says "All crafting conditions are not met" or something like that... why are you guys at ubisoft releasing updates/patches that are not ready for production environment? i rather wait and have everything working than losing my time coming into the forums looking for someone with the same issue so I can keep my sanity .. Fix this, its really irritating..

My Merciless upgraded to a 456 Ruthless and my only guess was that since it isn't exactly a 450 Ruthless the crafting bench is seeing me as not having all the required materials to upgrade.

When you are upgrading an exotic you need to select the exotic you are going to upgrade. You can do this by pressing (a) to select item.

That's the problem, we can't select the item. When you try and upgrade before you even get to select your item to upgrade it says that the requirements are not met. It worked perfectly fine and you could select the weapon when upgrading from 450 Merciless to a 450-490 Ruthless.
