Judiciary Square Side Mission Cannot be completed | Forums

I am having an issue with the Judiciary Square side mission. I am at 97% complete on side missions and I cannot activate this mission. I have looked into possible solutions such as completing the drone side mission and ensuring that the theater settlement is fully upgraded. The mission simply does not show up on my map as an activity that can be done. Any help would be appreciated.

Having the same problem. Seems like the mission is supposed to be started at Drone Controller on the white house, but she has no mission for me.

Edit: I've got the Plymouth rock collectable, which I think came from here. So maybe I've done the mission, but it's not counting in my log? I'm showing 97% sidemissions finished. It was 100% before this latest patch and wt5.
