I am also having an issue with the Judiciary Square Metro Station side quest. After the patch I also went to 97%. I had completed the quest with a friend after level 30, but before we started up the world tiers.

Yep the Judiciary square metro mission went from complete to uncomplete. No way to do it.

Hey,

Like everyone else mine went from 100% to 97%. Yesterday i matchmaked for free roaming and joined a group that was doing Judiciary Square Metro Station side quest, after completion i'm back to 100%.

So basically at this moment you need to find people who still have this mission and replay it.

Just to confirm, how many side missions are there in total? My list counts 35 at the moment and I'm at 97%. I assume there is a 36th one somewhere?
