[Suggestion] Revert all changes from the Tidal Basin Update

    Their all terrible and unwarranted...

Skills are now far worse off than they were before, what good are lower requirements if the mods barely buff any aspect of the skill? (So glad my +163% Radius mod for my Chem Launcher is now only 23%....

To top it off you also cut the amount of skill power on gear by 65% or so, so you still need a ton of Skill Power rolls to activate the most costly of mods which offer the biggest benefits (albeit they are still smaller than pre nerf)

No one asked for the changes to weapon mods, and now we are shoehorned into using LMG's and SMG's as they have larger magazines and potential damage output than AR's. So glad I have no negative affects, all it cost me was most of my critical hit chance and 20 less bullets in every one of my magazines....

I was so excited for this Update with WT5 and being able to finally start to min max builds, and now that I've played it, with all the changes that are essentially nerfs I just don't want to play anymore.

I don't agree with this part. A lot of people hated the previous mod system, myself included. The negatives made no sense (reduced reload speed on scope?) and were too severe. But what they did is NOT what we asked for. We expected SMALL nerfs to positives in exchange for significant reduction or removal of negatives. Their sense of balance is all out of whack. Something like +30rounds/-10rof was fine, but many of the +10/-20 or even +10/-10 mods were not. The whole patch is filled with terrible decisions.

While you suggestion is a bit heavy handed, I do think they completely screwed up with the skill mods. They basically cut the requirements by 80%, but also cut the effects by 80% making skill mods feel like they don't add much at all anymore.

Skill powers were way over nerfed, nerf isnt the proper term. Skill builds were SCREWED.

As for the weapon mods, they did say the positive/negative versions were going to still be in the game, problem is I think most of us expected our existing ones to remain and new variants giving a smaller but only positive modifier would be the new ones to find, but truth is no one would be out hunting for a +10 round 5.56 clip versus another 20 rounds with a little less RPM.
