its not fun to play the same easy tracks 100000x over and over and over and over, so: make 1 big playlist with all types of tracks: easy, medium, hard, extreme, ninja, high voted usertracks. let the system choose automatically 1 random track out of the playlist. set the bronzetime as timelimit to complete the track, if no one can complete the track, the race ends and the system chooses automatically the next random track.
