Some of us love the game but want to see it work as intended and be the product we know it can be.
Takes a village
I remember some very very long Post from a member here, wich showed mainly the conta of D1. That is what i call criticism.
Dont get me wrong i can clearly see issues with the game. But stuff like, rage quit, DZ suckz, get ur Fkin game in order....this **** that ****.....etc. etc. will not improve anything.
You know what you are 100% right. I removed my intial response criticizing you. Yeah feed back without rage is ideal for fixing ze gameOriginally Posted by uhuriger Go to original post
The last 2 AAA tiles I've played have been horribly bad in the gameplay department. Battlefield 5 and now this one. I think big name studios have completely lost the plot. This article on how Anthem failed says it all.

And if you think any other big studio is different then you are deluding yourself.
Take a turd and coat it with Lacquer. Polish it and sell it. It's still a turd, only it's shiny and you can't smell it.

My biggest regret
Inquisitor martyr : I uh did the 1000 dollar backing. My butt is still sore.
Battlefield 5 is just okay which is a bummer
Pubg I mean calling it AAA is a stretch but still.
The Warhammer mmo ( can't remember it's name now that it's been changed)I once again backed for a large sum 300
I don't want to list anymore it's mostly Warhammer IP lol and they all burnt me.
So I understand you being upset and yeah it was dumb for me to back large sums of money. Spent 250 on this game. I don't regret this one though as I've sunk 170 hours into it already
The thing about this game is the last two assassin's creeds were so damn good it's hard for me to understand why this ip struggles.
Ill support it because there is a chance they will recover .
I do dislike the aimbot aim that NPCs have with all weapons and nades, but I have found ways around it.
I soloed everything in story; points, missions, strongholds etc. Then I hit Tier 1 world tier and have used match making for everything and it's been a blast.
Currently world tier 2, haven't had a lot of free time...but having 4 targets helps with the heat, especially with all our drones and turrets. So far too the scaling hasn't been terrible even with 4 of us on. I'd suggest teaming, games more fun.
This. All the while you're getting lit up by NPC's and yelling at your dumb f*ck agent to do what you wanted him to. Nothing worse in a game, ever, than it not doing what you pressed the keys to make it do what you want it to do.Originally Posted by KnightGhostbear Go to original post
That aside. The gameplay is rife with easily spottable lazy shortcuts they took in combat AI. Immersion breaking and laughable.
Many many times I've had a scope on a guy in cover and he would not peak until I unscoped. How does a guy who can't see you know you have a bead on him? Or know the instant you don't. I would unscope then scope and then he would pop up. Bang, he ded. Dozens of times this happened. Scoped on a guy for a good two minutes and no, he would not look up. So now I'm gaming the game.
Said this already but every npc always knows exactly where you are as soon as you fire one shot. Those frikin Nade launchers are the worst of them all. they are behind cover, you are behind cover. Big steel crates. and they land every shot in your back pocket. I moved a good 30 feet once, all the while behind a row of big crates and his next shot landed right on me again.
I got lit on fire from behind a wall. Floor to ceiling wall, in a building.
I pressed my back button to break cover and my guy jumped up onto the crate I was behind and stood there. WASD Space or Shift did nothing, he just stood there. For the second it took to get shot to pieces.
I have a lot more examples but you get the point. I thought we were a good 15 years gone from this sort of shoddy junk in games, let alone a AAA title with 10's of millions spent on development.
This game would be so much better with Gears of War cover system.
Movement in this game is sluggish at best and definitely the worse part of the game.
I've no problem with their health, the spawns everywhere, or the amount you have to fight as long as there is a system in place that I can skillfully use to navigate all that.
Right now there isn't, dodging and rolling and using cover just isn't up to par to make big encounters like that enjoyable whatsoever.
