Can't pickup electronic device collectable in Judiciary Square | Forums

I can't pick up the Campus Comms: Garden Tour collectable located in Judiciary Square. It was detected by ISAC, it shows up on my map, and I can see the mobile phone model in the game, but I don't get the prompt or the floating hologram that allows me to pick it up.

It's located in the northeast corner of Judiciary Square, inside the room with the deaf lady that gives you the Wire Scavengers side mission (and near one of Cassie's spawn points).

I second this, i made a post about week ago with same issue, there is also one more "empty" log south-east from the quest giver location. I have screenshots for both locations.
Also i got exclamation mark for 2 old messages regarding Campus Settlement in collection, i did collected and checked days before

My main character couldn't pick it up, but my alt character could do it. I looted very few phones playing 2nd time, so it's possible there are phones with the same "id" or some such? Dunno if it's helpful.

I have two I can't pick up though I can see them, map locations 2033X4606 and 2192X4497 both in the Judiciary Square area the first being in the little safe zone where you get the side mission to go save the wire scavengers.

There was another one I also couldn't pick up but sadly I can't remember where. Hopefully it gets fixed as I like to complete stuff lol
