Ubisoft instituted a terrible policy whereby Ubisoft Club Units expired. Further, contacting customer support to discuss leads them to reply they can do nothing to rectify the issue. The assertion is that they made a "public announcement" and I should have known. I disagree since I saw no announcement and Ubisoft has my email and they contact me for their own marketing purposes but they couldn't inform me of the changes. I will not buy anything from Ubisoft again nor will I promote their games. Sad.... my missing 232 virtual credits of 0 value will cost the company real world physical currency and brand goodwill. Shame they make such decisions.
My main issue is that there is a red exclamation mark - and the avatar is missing
This seems to only occur when accessing the Ubi Club from within a game, AC Odyssey, AC 3 Remastered etc.
Avatar shows fine in the Browser and in the App (Android)
As for the Club Units, Ubisoft made the announcement last year that Club Units now carry an expiration date
