Listen, first of all it's certainly not you telling anybody to stop anything.
All I did, which should actually be to your liking, was suggest a way to have a seperate loot-table to make the DZ valuable,
while still offering a way for people unwilling to step into this PvP-DZ to get the same gear. As there should NOT be exclusive loot behind the - for MANY - totally not-FUN PvP-Gank-DZ.

I'll ask again to keep the pve versus pvp stuff out of this thread please.

Yep have to say, I am a PvE player by far .. but I absolutely loved the DZ in Div 1 ... used to get my my heart racing everytime. I completely loved the idea that at any moment I could come across a random group of humans for good or bad.

The new DZ setup in Div 2 is beyond pathetic. It has zero tension, atmosphere or the fun of Div 1.

Breaking it up into 3 was a mistake. All the guys I play with are PvE players primarily as well ... and well all loved the DZ in Div 1 .... Div 2 DZ is utterly ruined.

It is a shame that ubi listened to constant whinging about the DZ ... they took the greatest part of Div 1 and flushed it.

    It's not "Versus".
It's trying to find away for both to be in a good state.

That would never happen while trying to force the extremes of either aspects of the dz.
And my thread is about trying to make the dz interesting again as it has no character the way it is now. Not trying to make a new exclusive version of it.

Sadly it ain't your thread. You can start a thread, not steer it.

And I tackled the point how to give value to the DZ. A seperate loottable, with exclusive loot for entering the DZ.
But gear needs to be acquirable for everybody, liking pvp or not. PvE-DZ is one way of achieving that.

I get that ubi is trying something special with the dz, but I wish they would just do the PVE DZ for the clear win. Yep, the boring, easy PVE DZ that would most likely be the most popular dz ever.
We didn't buy this game for a PVE Dark Zone ...that would be straight up ********. Conflict is trash. Some of us do not enjoy playing the same missions over and over and over and did not buy the game for that. We get it, you don't like the Dark Zone. Some of us do.

IF you want to have DZ-Exclusive drops and gear, you'll need a PvE-DZ with the same loot-table.
So people who do NOT want to be part of the gankfest can STILL acquire the same loot, but in a "loose" Co-Op fashion.
Should result in a win for everybody.

Edit. Dangit now i want chocolate chip cookies. Care to ask your wife for me?
You seem like someone who has been bullied in the DZ in the past and has a lot of trauma and issues to talk about. Do you want to sit down and tell me about it?

A DZ for PvE only is the LZ... If we have exclusive drops and gear, then make them for bounties and missions as well. I also love how some seem to think the DZ is only a gankfest. It really isn't.

I won't even tackle your first paragraph, feel free to assume whatever you wish to.

And no, it'd be a loose-CoOp-LZ, which is very different. No matchmaking, help where you want to help, gather together into 10-man-groups to tackle the toughest bosses.

In the end, i couldn't care less what is awarded in the DZ, as long as i can gather the same stuff elsewhere.
If i want PvP, i queue up for Conflict.

Conflict has a whole raft of issues. Delta disconnection issues which occur when winning a game - caused by losing players, players leave and you are left with your personal favourite 4-1 gankfests. Every other game you will come up against a team of vector bunnies who 'gank' you. You have to wait for loading screens and matchmaking and navigate screens to play every 10-15 minutes. As a solo player a lot of the time.
