    Lost commendation progress (Distinguished Service Distinction) - Definitely bugged

    So I logged in last night and saw that I randomly lost all my progress for this commendation. I know I didn't miss a day because I have been actively logging in every day after work specifically to get this commendation. So for me to be at like 20 days and for it to just reset is infuriating. I tried contacting support and I got a generic copy-paste response of "You must have missed a day or didn't fulfill the other requirements", when I know dang well I did. I looked in my commendations every night to make sure I completed the objectives for the day. Having 3 weeks worth of dedicated logins get erased like this is beyond frustrating and makes me not even want to bother for it again.

    I know darn well this commendation is bugged because a friend of mine somehow has like 30 days logged in for the commendation even though the game hasn't been out this long. This commendation needs fixed, and it'd be nice to have my progress restored but I'm guessing I'm up shet creek without a paddle.

    I'm wondering if the beginning of the month messed up the commendation because it happened on the first of the month. Might be something to investigate.

    Same here. I really hope it’s not lost. I was at about 22/23 on the counter and went straight back to 0 yesterday.

    Hi guys! Thanks for the report. Can you clarify when specifically it reset? Do you remember what the last mission you did? Did you play solo or co-op?

    The reset happened at around 5-6 pm (CET). I think it was Bank Headquarters but not 100% sure. (Xbox)

    Can confirm same thing happened to me. Logged out at 5:45pm EDT on Sunday with 7/6/6 on the trackers. Logged back in Monday at 6:30pm EDT and progress was reset back to 0.

    Any update on a fix? Mine has reset once already, and now I am back up to 16/13/14... no idea how certain triggers are not being met each day as I have over 130 hours in-game.

    I've played this game everyday and have over 130 hours logged yet I lost all progress too. This merit is stupid as it appears to be unobtainable unless you play within certain timezones a majority of each day.

    Changing it to a certain amount of hours per week would fix this issue. Counting things daily with timezones as they are when most of us have jobs which do not let us play until late evening means certain timezones are more limited then others.

    Why are all games being catered to kids without jobs?
