    Microphone not working in game

I can hear other people talking but nobody can hear me. My microphone is ok, in a system everything works fine, Discord etc. But not in the game. When i open Society tab i see this speaker icon near nicknames of a group, when i press "push to talk" it shows those lines but beyond that nothing happens. Dont have even this "wave" icon when talk to someone. Pls help, being frustrated when doing difficult mission, have to type everything i want to say on a chat.

If you are on Windows 10 v1903 you may have to give permission to The Division to use the Microphone. In Windows 10 v1903 these settings have been enhanced and may sometimes work, and sometimes not.

You can find these permission settings in Start->Settings->System->Audio. There will be a link for "Privacy settings for microphone"

    EDIT: I mean 1809. 1903 isn't out yet.

Hey! Are you perhaps able to provide a video showing your in-game audio settings and your mic not working in-game? This will help us determine that the audio settings are correct, or we can use it to report the issue to the devs if necessary.

    Thanks for your help LPChip2!

Here is it. Unfortunatelly it's without sound because, i dont know why, Shadowplay dont record sound anymore and i couldn't make it work (spent hours of research and nothing). However, You can see my teammates talking on mic, when i press push to talk nothing happens. In Society menu, as i mention in my first post, speaker icon shows up but that's it. I've got Windows 7, microphone working in a system, everything is fine. But not in Div2.

Hi Llttle_Joe! To be sure, do you have the mic set as default in your Windows settings? Have you disabled any other possible inputs in your Windows Recording settings?
If you continue to have issues, can you submit your MSINFO and dxdiag files? I'd also recommend disabling any extra background applications or overlay programs you may be running.

    Same problem here

Hey there, I have the same problem, I can hear my friend but he cannot hear me. I've tried everything I found in different forums including this, but nothing! Can you help me with this. It is pretty disappointing not be able to play with the mic, talking using the chat is slow and not convenient at all

Hey Molibdo, if you have gone over every step from both our Voice Chat and PC Troubleshooting Guide here, could you send us a screenshot of your Audio settings for your voice chat output and the "Microphone Enabled" settings?

    I have the same problem...
I tried all the steps, all the settings, all the troubleshooting, with three different headsets (both USB and normal jacks) to no avail.
The headsets work perfectly in any app. FFS, they all work as intended in GR Breakpoint!
I don't know what else to do at this point...
