When the last weekly event ended I got stuck in the “event closed” scene.
There is no button to let me get out of this scene.
Since I can’t leave this screen I cannot get assistance via the game as one person suggest.

Just thought I would check the obvious, but have you confirmed you have collected all earned event packs from both the solo and the team sections of the event screen? Once the event ends, anybody who hasn't collected all packs cannot leave the screen until they have collected. I know this from personal experience, as I always leave 1 pack uncollected until after the event ends, so that I can review (and screenshot) the final leaderboard before collecting.
