Hi Ubisoft

Im from Brazil and i have two PSN accounts one from PSN Brazil and one from PSN US, at the time i bought my first playstation, PSN Store Brazil didnt existed, so i had to create a PSN US account, and that account is my main account in Playstation, because all my trophies and friends are in that account, but some years ago i started to buy games in PSN Brazil and play that games in my PSN Us account, because the prices in the PSN Brazil Store are much more affordable for me and i play in PSN US, because all my info, saves, trophies, friends are there, so is almost impossible to me abandon my PSN US account. Division 1 Gold edition was one of that games that i bought in PSN Brazil store and played in the PSN Us account and i had no problem with, i even won platina trophy in the first game and played for more that 300 hours, but for Division 2 I had some problems, i bought the Ultimate Edition of the game and i had no problems to play the game early but i had problem to win the rewars from the Ultimate Edition like extra cash and the exotic weapons like the shotgun and sniper, please ubisoft solve my problem, i can prove my purchase of the game, you even can remove that rewards from my brazilian account.
