Thank you all for your response, this will be a big help to understanding why this issue occurs.

As previously requested, I would also like a MsInfo & DxDiag report, as that is usually the key factor to understanding why crashes occur. You can either submit it to a service such as https://pastebin.com/ or add them to a support case and provide me with the case number.

Once I have some system files I will be able to give a huge amount of information to our devs.

    Thanks again!
I notice fps drops with explosions, joining other groups but then it quickly recovers. But when just in the inventory making builds the game will crash.
I can't even say it happens after a certain period of time because it's so random. Sometimes 5 mins sometimes after a couple of hours.
Deleting pagefile.sys made matters worse. I couldn't even get into the main menu. Post 1.7 even the game takes longer to load and has audio stutters and micro freezes in the snowdrop splash screen. My game is installed on a SSD which around 25GB free space separate from the main O/S which is on it's own SSD.

Now the issue is that we have been reporting high CPU usage and audio issues since Alpha, none of this has been properly resolved. The high cpu usage fix in Division 1 to disable one core cannot be used because your anti cheat doesn't allow it. Developers have said on stream "the team are aware of the issues" yet there hasn't been a fix for high CPU usge. Let me say this again I reported these since Alpha as did many others with systems much better than mine.

However when the game was released it was playable and I personally had 1 crash (not including those caused by the drone effects). Now come 1.7 it's several crashes a day, I cannot complete missions because the game will crash mid way through. By the time I reconnect I am removed from group.

DX12 - Gives better fps, smoother gameplay experience, lower frame time latency but hitches and crashes more than DX11.
DX11- Crashes can still occur but take longer until it rears it's ugly head but gameplay experience is not as good as DX12 post patch 1.7.

Now the issue could be system related but I've gone as far as:
    - Reseating componets
    - Reapplying thermal paste
    - Removing overclocks and playing on defaults (CPU/GPU)
    - Removed MSI AB overlays
    - Lowering RAM speed, Increasing RAM latency
    - Removing RAM sticks and playing on 8Gb instead of 16Gb
    - 1 core EAC solution (which does not work)
    - Installing latest GPU drivers and Audio drivers (which are MS default)
    - Probably more but I've forgotten

Again post patch 1.7 this started happening.
    DXDIAG - https://pastebin.com/YARSMZ3t

I play with Uplay client's overlay disabled.

Edit - I can see that there is a new Windows update.

I will install this and try to game again.

    you need this?
Yes, thank you! I have checked your case and can see this was due to an easy anti-cheat error. We will have a fix implemented shortly, I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

It certainly is! A support agent recently replied to your case explaining it appears to be due to conflicting software. Please check the reply he sent you and give it a try!

This is all extremely helpful information, thank you very much.

We have had multiple reports of 100% CPU usage and stuttering, however the issue is we've been unable to reproduce it. We pass any reports to the dev team, as well as system files to help them find out what software or hardware is affecting the game in this way.

Would you also be OK to provide us with your system information report? Either through pastebin or in a support case?

For anyone else affected, please provide system files using the methods previously mentioned. I will then be able to determine why the crashes are happening, and if not, I will be able to report this issue.

    I've tried every tip but

    nothing works
    reinstall game and WIN10!
    disabled in-game overlay
    DX11 and DX12
    setting graphics
    virtual memory

    but nothing

    just since patch 1.7

I wonder if you've received hundreds of my crash reports

    fix or refund

Crashing without error message or option to report

Same here the game crashes to desktop totally random. First it freezes for like a second then it goes windowed mode and finally it dissapears without any message or report option whatsoever.
Tried literally everything from windowed to dx11. Uninstalled everything unneeded like gaming software and stuff like that
With dx11 it starts in windowed with 1fps sound is there but nothing happens and if i press alt+enter to get fullscreen it just dissapears aswell.

    My system:
Asus MB with Intel I5-7600k, memory is 16GB @ 3000mhz
    SSD Samsung 500gb
    KFA GTX1080
    Win10 all Updates
    Nvidia all Updates

So nothing special or extraordinary, it happens in group aswell as solo with every other programms quit and with like TS or Browser minimized no difference

Hi guys! As previously mentioned, if you are having crashing issues please submit your MSINFO and dxdiag files over a ticket. Once you've done that, please reply back with your ticket number.

@VenzR An agent has responded to your ticket. If those steps do not resolve your issue, please upload a fresh copy of your MSINFO to your ticket so we can further look into this for you.

Maybe it's because the game is ryzen/amd optimised.A friend with a ryzen system does not crash at all.my Intel setup crashes multiple times within an hour.
