I have the same problem on all platforms. I have claimed all the rewards and if I check the reward page in the UBI app it says "You can access this Reward within the game" . But it's not available on any platform for med neither the Xbox, PC or PS4.

I have also unlocked all the items in the Isaac app and they are showing up in the club but not on my xbox one.

Still have the problem with the Armpatch and weapon skin for all platforms. The other stuff has been unlocked.

City Runner Pants
City Runner Sneakers
City Runner T-Shirt
Declaration Weapon Skin
Pathfinder Armpatch
