So on Saturday/Sunday my Distinguished Service Distinction commendation bugged out and would not let me progress. As of Sunday it has now reset, losing my 21 (now 22) days of progress

I'm really hoping this can be corrected as I don't think i'm going to get the chance to play 30 days straight again

As you can see in the below image, the hours and missions show correctly however no matter what I did I could not get the consecutive days to progress

I'm not sure if you intended to attach an image or a link to an image but I can't see anything

However this bug has already been reported and is actively under investigation because obviously it should not be the case that this has reset. As soon as we have a fix for this we'll be sure to post it on the forums!

Thanks Orion, I've updated the post now with the image... dodgy link I believe

Do you know if the fix will put my progress back to where it was? Or is that something I should submit a ticket for?

I’m experiencing the same problem... have been playing for 20 days, did everything that was necessary for the ‘distuingished service distinction’ and the ‘Division Service Merit’ commendation. My days on Duty is still on 20 days but the ‘distinguished service merit’ has been reset... was very disappointed to see that... :-(

Any update on a fix? PC player here, mine has reset once already, and now I am back up to 16/13/14... no idea how certain triggers are not being met.

Im having the same issue. Mine is at 21/22/22. I havent missed a day yet its saying that I am.

Well... Now after the clan weekly reset I logged on to get my cache, and now its saying im at 22/22/23
