So I've been running a Firestarter // Explosion damage build for about a week now, and spent hourrrs and hourrrrs in the firing range. The issue I have found with firestarter is that its damage CANNOT be scaled higher with either A.)Explosion damage (for the initial blast) or B.)Skill damage.
The only way to increase its damage is by applying a mod directly to the skill itself. Is this working as intended or am I crazy to think the initial blast should scale off explosion damage?
