Can't we get an I'm not a bot button or click all the stop signs kind of thing to stop these bots?

Earlier this week or last week there were 10+ pages filled with spam.

I did a count then and it was a total of 28 pages of spam. No joke. Was quite a face palm moment. Wish I'd taken a picture.

Some days ago there were 40 pages at the moment I was looking for a thread. Then they started to delete them, but was really annoying...
