My advice:
1. Reinstall VC++ Redistr package on your PC (e.g. Microsoft Visual C++ 2005-2008-2010-2012-2013-2019 Redistributable Package x86 & x64) don't use in-game package
2. Reinstall Direct x
3. Clean install of Video Drivers
4. If it doesn't help. Delete the game and download it again.

So everything everyone is suggesting is not working at all. I am sure we have all tried everything everyone has offered and them some. The only difference i see here is that I myself have obtained this copy of the game through Uplay by buying the season pass for Odyssey. I am not sure if anyone else did, or bought it straight from Uplay or Steam. This is something that has to be done on their end. Though the day it came out they closed their damn chat support and other types so we haven't had any luck this weekend. I am only hoping that come Monday maybe, just maybe there will be some fix to it.

I've gotten 9 responses from support and I'm still getting responses like "your system doesn't meet minimum requirements" from people who clearly don't understand how minimum requirements work.
There was one time where they said "forwarded to devs who are investigating and will post on forums once information is available" but then it returned to more troubleshooting steps that aren't going to do anything.
My resolution in there was the same my monitor, so i've only chaged the WindowMode from 2 to 1 and now the game is workingOriginally Posted by megdiadotexe Go to original post
