    No replies. Is there a customer support at Ubisoft?

    So, can anybody tell me if Ubisoft has a customer support? Like, support for people that they want to buy their ingame stuff and such?

    I prepurchased Div2 and got the information that I can redeem one of the 3 offered Ubisoft games. Problem is I cant login to the redeem site at all. (Tested 3 different browsers on 2 computers, no dice.)
    So I contacted customer support via ticket 6 days ago. Time of the redeem window is ticking off (1d 13h left) and theres no answer to the ticket at all.

    So, how to solve a problem Ubisoft doest seem to care about? Driving over to their office and ring a bell? Maybe any more "modern" suggetions?

    They have support on their site for the various products, with a knowledge base and the ability to open case tickets and they have chat support. But if you are looking for a contact center to call, I don't think so.

    I sent a ticket in on March17th and I just got a reply yesterday so either they are really THAT busy or they are just lazy af.

    probably just that busy. Just think of how many users are logging support tickets.

    Just great! The Redeem window for the gratisgame runs out today and Ubicrap support doesnt give a damn... =(

    I've been waiting for about a week now as well. I think they went on vacation or something. Or the connection to India is down maybe.

    Well the game just released so I imagine they are busy. Sonce your ticket was placed before the cutoff I would expect them to honor your free game.
