I will agree there are some game breaking bugs. I have experienced a few myself.
Intermittent or out of sync audio issues. (I do not use headphones so that isn't the culprit. I experienced this in the alpha. There was no sound at all on my pc. The beta was better.
Loads of texture pop in. Not just a wall or an object. Entire areas will disappear and reappear when you move your view. Found one underground today that was real bad.
Skills not deploying or immediately going on cool down.
The Castle settlement bug.
One Delta error. But my game buddy has the DX12 issue that has caused many crashes. The DX11 option is VERY jittery.
Intermittent game freezes.
Skins not applying to the SIG, always red.
Another issue I haven't seen mentioned is Discord, which I normally use. But when running this game alongside it, you get such choppy audio it is useless, forcing us to use the in game voip.
Now, I understand how difficult and time consuming making a game of this magnitude can be but, that doesn't excuse an alpha and two betas not solving many of these issues. It makes one wonder what the entire purpose of it was for. But I would imagine constructive and useful feedback during those periods is hard to come by. I say this from a logical, reasonable point of view.
Now the gamer in me is not as patient. I loved the first Division despite it growing pains. And I am truly enjoying this one (for the most part). But it is extremely frustrating as a gamer to buy a product that isn't actually finished. We don't want to be your quality control. We don't want to be your game testers.
Here's an idea. Give everyone that participated in the beta a discount. Reward your fan base with something tangible. Use the alpha/beta periods to actually FIX things. Stop pushing things out the door before you know it's done. And I refuse to believe the people and minds that can make a game this amazing are unaware there are problems. Shame on you guys, you knew what was up.
Just please, fix our game. Is that too much to ask?
