This is on behalf of a friend who can't login or open a support ticket.
My friend doesnt have access to his old email address associated with his ubisoft account and also can't remember the password. Everytime he goes to open a support case in an attempt to change his email to his new one the website asks him to login which he can't do as explained above.
Is there a way round this?
