Multiple users on one Network problem

Hello. I recently got this game with some roommates of mine. We all play on the same network, and all on PS4. All PS4’s run a NAT 2. However, the For Honor application always displayed a red “strict NAT” in the in game menu. Despite this, I had no major connection issues playing online with the community. However, when my roommate (on the same network) logged in to the game we noticed serious problems remaining on the game server. After much troubleshooting, I was able to get us all a green open NAT in the in game menu by changing router configuration. UpnP was already enabled, but enabling “zero config” alongside it resolves the issue. We occasionally boot up with a red NAT, but an application reset is usually sufficient to fix it.

However, this has only partially fixed our problem. We can stay connected longer when we’re together than before, but after 20-30mns, we all get a simultaneous error and are kicked from the server. It’s less of my third roommate is on. Doing some research, it seems to be a known issue with Ubisoft games and users playing on the same network. Here are some references.

Unfortunately, it seems to be an ongoing issue years after release. I’m looking for any help as to how we can make this consistently work. Changing configurations improved our server connection times the first time, so I know there must be a solution. Clearly the consoles are interfering with each other somehow as these server disconnects are at the exact same time. Even if we’re all in separate game modes. Important to note that all consoles always test at NAT 2. It was only For Honor’s in game application notification that it was ever “strict”. Not sure why. Last night, my roommate said it changed to a red “strict” while in the menu. Almost immediately, we were ALL kicked from the server.

Trying to provide as much data as I can to secure a solution.

A user below said a button appears next to the name to relay a PM, but I don’t see one. A friend said it may be because I’m on mobile. I don’t have access to a PC. Maybe you can PM me and I can reply with the requested info that way?
