Federal Emergency Bunker / SHD network bug

When is this being fixed? It's been a unacceptable two weeks of not being fixed. Wasn't important enough to be brought up on state of the game today. It's not like it doesn't keep people from playing the game, and beating Capitol Hill or anything >.>

Yet you guys act like everything is a ok... When people who threw down a lot of money to play your game can't.

I'm sorry to hear you are having this issue with the Federal Emergency Bunker mission leading to reactivating the SHD Network. I know that the team has been looking into this, but we've been having difficulty reproducing the issue on our side. To the best of my knowledge a workaround can be performed by playing Federal Emergency Bunker in Story mode in matchmaking. If it's the other player's first time in the mission that person should be able to activate the SHD Network. Ask that this player not then skip the following cut scene, and when it completes the SHD Network should be activated for you.

I've tried that, and hasn't worked for me. It was never a 100 percent work around. At this I'm just going to have to fight with Sony to get a refund if this bug is unfixable.

    Same problem here

The idea that Ubisoft recommends a workaround that depends on the kindness of strangers is laughable at best. This needs to be fixed ASAP!!

It is a bug, but it's not game ending, unless you've got no more missions to do. Then it's a huge problem, but I've found that I had a bunch more side missions, and main missions to do. I suggest just keep doing missions. Do 1 or 2, then try returning to the White-house. Soon as you get the cut-scene telling you the White-house has been upgraded, (yadda-yadda, whatever he says,) that's when you should check the server room, in the basement. There is usually a guy standing in front of the server you need to operate, but now they should be gone, and you'll be able to operate the keyboard.
The game gives you the prompt to return to the White-house a bunch of times, but it's premature. That's the bug. You have to do the set of quests associated with the take they gave you. You should have at least 1 more quest, maybe 2 to do before you can reactivate the SHD network.
If you've got no quests what-so-ever, well, then you've got a serious problem, but you should still be fine. Just ignore the list of priorities, and focus on missions. Hopefully they will fix the premature quest giving.
I appreciate the help and Insight into the issue hopefully it helps others, but I had no quests what so ever left so that wasn't it. Mine was simply I was in a group with a good friend watched the cut scene but some reason it cut off early I did NOT skip it.

Then I ran into the problem where I tried the work around no kidding 10 times with someone who never did it, and not once got the credit for it when they finished the cut scene. So the "work around" is a total crap shoot for SOME people, as reported by other players.

Thankfully try number 11 i did just recently at total random got in a group with someone who didn't do it in matchmaking did it just work for me... Nice people too btw.

This issues has to many different variables, and causes for it to happen, and hope massive gets their act together with this silly bug. Cause it took me 10 weeks to finally do Capitol Hill after getting the bug.

And it was total luck the "work around" to play a AAA game worked finally worked on try 11... Praise rng Jesus!
