Yep, that's what I meant.Originally Posted by jcoffeycup73 Go to original post
I don't think it's possible to get back the number of enemies killed. While there's another script action "Update Target Count", I don't think that action has much use.
Keep in mind that I basically just added a lot of remnant (and campaign-only) objects to the editor. The IGE editor we have wasn't really meant to do the more complex scripting we see in the campaign. while I added a bunch more navlinks/control zones, not all of them may work. Any more control over AI & vehicles is probably not possible reliably else Ubisoft would've implemented it.Originally Posted by johnwalker615 Go to original post
So you'll probably need to make due with spawning in regular AI in vehicles from time to time, possibly even using my GFXONLY objects to allow them to "enter" a seemingly otherwise closed arena straight through the walls. This mod is really about experimentation and discovery.![]()
Steve64B - Thank you ! I appreciate the feedback... Regardless, there are a ton of little things that, now being available are awesome...
The companion feature alone will let me go back and re-work some of my maps and they'll finally be able to be played the way i wanted.. win win !
i'll report back with anything i learn and share here !
Thanks!
John
Thanks for the nice words! Yes, the mod has some nice features, I also added some companion to the "From Dusk Till Nam" map I swapped over to PC. You can now liberate a captive ally & they will help you & follow you around in the map.Originally Posted by johnwalker615 Go to original post![]()
Any idea why I can't find these files from my game folder:
data_final\pc\patchshadersobj.ver
data_final\pc\ige.ver
So how can I make a backup or overwrite these files if I don't have them?
My game is steam version.
I can find only these:
bin\IGE.WPF.Core64.dll
data_final\pc\patchshadersobj.fat
data_final\pc\patchshadersobj.dat
data_final\pc\ige.fat
data_final\pc\ige.dat
Thanks for the advise! Now I have installed this and it works.Originally Posted by Draghorn Go to original post
