Game's great but these "rewards" are not!
Finally someone who understands the whole problem! Thank you!

I guess the high end key is worth 10€ each , the others 3€ each ? Yeah, not impressed by that, especially as it was supposed to be a reward for very loyal ubi customers.

Ubisoft, are u messing with your loyal clients? Do you realize that we are the ones owning more of your games? Is this the way to take care of us? I wasn't expecting this "special gift" tbh...

There's the saying that nothing in life is truly free; you've paid for it somewhere along the way.

Case in point... I bought a couple of video cards from an authorized site. They each came with a copy of BF5. It was added to the cart automatically and could not be removed without also removing the card from the cart. One of the cards was DOA. I sent it back and after a couple of weeks they didn't get any more in so they refunded my money, less the $60 for the game that I never used (nor wanted). Ultimately, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card before it was removed. Incidentally it worked. They also changed their tactic where now there is the option to remove it and still retain the item.

I'm ok with this. Yes I already on all prev games. If I didn't I may not even play one I didn't so why not get some stuff for game I'm actively playing. I am ok with that.

I knew this was going to happen!!!

Complaints about a Free promotion and that some people own the Free content on offer. It's spilled milk!

You bought the games because you wanted to play them back when they were released, you didn't by them to be a loyalist and now you are here making yourself look very silly posting like veruca salt.

If Ubisoft gave you a choice of a game to the value of the 3 others (not 1 but 3 choices thanks Ubisoft for having a choice in the first place) who's to say you don't own that as well. Ubisoft should have said tough luck enjoy the Division 2.

If I worked for Ubisoft I would have mailed you a box of tissues

And if you had done your homework OP you would have known that there is a bug with the superior caches, but yet you still complain that the Free gift is not to what you had in your mind and got slapped in the face!!!

Quit complaining about Free stuff and move on

btw OP, I agree with the fact the UE was a bit of a let down in terms of content, but the early access and the fact you wanted to spend the extra as you like to think of the loyalty and supporting the Dev's in a nice touch.

Next time Ubisoft, don't bother offering anything like a Free game as people that want to play the games will buy them regardless, just market as a Free gift for those that preorder will get an email after the game launch and offer what you have like this. Free games will upset kings and queens and the odd dictator

Yes the reward for owning all three may not go down well with everyone but it still is a cash value reward of what one of those older titles may cost now.

They didn't have to include any free game.
They didn't have to offer an alternative to already owning the three titles.

Most pre-orders of games offer some vanity item, sure this is purely RNG compared to some which you know what you'll be getting but it's still free.

You've paid money for The Division 2 hopefully because you enjoy the game & anything that was included free is merely a bonus. I don't really understand loyalty with video game developer so not sure why a few are throwing that card on the table.

Oh, a box of tissues would be of more value

You really think that this was "free", that value was included in the price to begin with. But all that is beside the point. The thing is that the "most loyal" ubi customers get an absolutely laughable replacement for the free game offer. While they could just not have given us anything to begin with, i can't understand why they even decided to mail the "apology mail" that we already had all three and that they are working on it. What did even take so long to that they even missed 2 dates they announced and in the end we got this ?

You really think those 2+3 RNG cosmetics are worth 29€ ?

Seriously? Are you fricking kidding me UBI? Thanks for treating us with all due respect. Really Appreciate it. Id rather you just give me a 50 percent off code for the next game to buy instead of some cosmetic BS that I could care less about.

I'm sure in your minds this is fair, but its not, not even close. While everyone else got a 30 dollars valued game. Except us who get some lousy Piece of crap cosmetic BS.

Way to **** on us UBI!

    Damit!!!
