Got given my 7th key when I logged on yesterday but now I'm stuck on the 8th key with the windows that still doesn't work with 12/12 masks and I've tried matchmaking etc . I thought the patch earlier in the week was supposed to fix this?

I can assure you the TD2 team is aware of this issue and is working to release a fix for it soon. I recommend keeping an eye on the TD2 forums and twitter for more information on upcoming fixes and updates. I apologize for any frustration this issue may have been causing you guys.

Meanwhile, have you tried to matchmake in order to get the last key?

Doesnt do ****, and if you solo, none of them spawn again. 12 masks 6/8 keys, 2-3 months now ive been reading... were looking into this.. well stop looking, heres the solution.
Tell your team... 12 masks = access to lootbox. Cause after 3 months yer kinda taking the piss here.

Killed 11 hunters, only got 10 masks and 6 keys! Be nice if this was fixed!

As of last night/this morning, I'm experiencing this bug too: all 12 Hunters killed & masks collected but only 7/8 Ivory Keys.

I cannot even get the Specter Mask as he will not spawn, submitted a bug report.

you think they would have made it where when you got all the masks the box would be unlocked their for dealing with this problem
