Missing Ivory Key | Forums

I have all 12 hunters killed and have all 12 Masks, but only have 6 out of 8 Ivory Keys. I've tried to redo all of the hunters through friends that hadn't done them and didn't get a single Key. Please fix this Ubisoft.

I’m experiencing this issue as well. 12 masks 7/8 keys. I’m assuming it’s the one by the Christmas tree since I got 3 masks the first attempt then the 4th on a second attempt. My brother has the same issue. Would appreciate a fix for this problem.

same here i kill all hunters and got all mask but only 7/8 keys..
support wont add last key
just have to play over and over... but no key drops....
very bad

I thought I had an issue but keys not dropping after you have have taken out a hunter is definitely something that needs to be addressed ASAP. Especially paying what you have and then doesn't deliver on PS4. I really hope it gets sorted out for you all soon.
The last mask that I need to obtain and no matter what I try I'm unable to spawn the hunter for The Specter Mask!!! I've been trying for weeks!!

I can assure you the TD2 team is aware of this issue and is working to release a fix for it soon. I recommend keeping an eye on the TD2 forums and twitter for more information on upcoming fixes and updates. I apologize for any frustration this issue may have been causing you guys.

Meanwhile, have you tried to matchmake in order to get the last key?

I have the same issue.... i killed all the hunters, i have all the 12 Masks but i have only 7/8 of ivory keys. I think that i didnt got the key of the 4 hunters that appears around the Christmas tree. I tried this 7-8 times and could only killed 3 of them BUT the last try (tofay) i killed all the 4 hunters but i didnt receive my last ivory key.

Who can help??

I would like to adress this issue too at MASSIVE.

I got all twelve masks and one ivory key is missing. - I did this solo. But because there was no chance (after many attempts) to approach the specter-hunter in my session, I summond him via "open world exploration". This hunter with the specter mask did not drop the last key.

12/12 Masks, 7/8 keys. All hunters spawned properly.

Ubisoft support has advised that "Okay, I'm afraid to have to tell you this but as one gamer to another, I believe the RNG has forsaken you. You're going to have keep killing them and hoping the key drops. The ivory keys aren't a guaranteed drop. I'm really sorry about this."

Lmfao.

Ok, so I'm supposed to just go through killing hunters until I get the right one and hope it drops? Sounds like a Massive.
