    Still Same Issue

    Bought season pass a week ago, didnt work atall i contacted support, but no success then i checked the forum post what they provided and still Having the issue still, altough its been fixed supposedly how thenpost says but i dont think so, tried to verify files all good, tried to check “show key” there isnt option, i bough the season pass trough uplay store directly i have the email about invoice but content sadly nowhere, can it be fixed somehow?
    Really like this game and would play the whole story again

    I am sorry to hear that you're encountering this issue.

    This is something that the team had thought was resolved, but they've been informed that it hasn't.

    The issue has been re-opened and they're looking into it again.

    Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag Freedom Cry and ship pack DLCs still missing

    So I have opened two separate support cases with Ubisoft. I had a lengthy Private Message chat with the Ubisoft Support account on twitter where I shared screenshots and videos of my issue. I recently dropped a letter in the mail to Ubisoft Montreal. I wonder how that will pan out. Now I see a sticky in the forums saying the issue is fixed. At least for me it is not.

    So I bought AC4BF Gold from Steam. I am missing the Freedom Cry DLC, I am missing the Kraken Ship pack and the Death Vessel Ship Pack.

    How do I get Ubisoft to get this fixed?

    They have been "fixing" it for over a year, honestly I think they don't care : /

    Support team does care, it's the developers who don't care on fixing it

    I am also suffering the same issue, I bought the season pass 2 days ago and haven't been able to make it work. This is a ton of hoops to jump through. please fix this.

    Maybe there's a problem with the Steam version?

    Mine is ok now. All DLCs are now recognized. At least in the Ubi version.

    Hello Ubi-Mark, please help me why can't I play AC IV Freedom Cry DLC? I bought the DLC one weeks ago and I've updating the game. But the DLC can't be launched on Main menu. I asked refunding the DLC, but unfortunately it was refused. Now what should I do now? I feel wronged. Please help me and the others which can't play AC Freedom Cry, you must to be fixing ASAP. And then I can't find activation code for AC Freedom Cry.

    I am disturbed at the reports that people are having their refund requests refused. Ubisoft is selling a product they know doesn't work; refunds should be given without question, not refused.
