    Assassin's Creed IV season pass not working.. PC

    I bought the season pass for this game to finally get a true 100% and it will not work at all. I am on sequence 4 memory 1. When I click on additional content, the uplay overlay comes up and that is all. I went onto account information and Black Flag does not have a drop-down list of DLC, but Assassin's Creed Origins does(I got the gold edition). I cannot find any place an activation code would be so I have something to "activate". I go into the orders tab on the website and it says I have never ordered anything even though I was charged and am currently downloading Origins. Can someone please help? I am sick of purchasing things then them being a hassle to utilize when my money is already gone. The price tag on all the Black Flag DLC is also blank, as well as the season pass, indicating I have purchased it but it is not on my account clearly.

    Can someone resolve this for me?

    I have now tried to submit a case that was very detailed in an explanation and it will not send through. Honestly if this cannot be resolved I will never purchase off of Uplay ever again. The page just has the loading symbol for infinite amounts of time and does not send. Can someone PLEASE give me a solution?

    Hi ranoutofcharact! I apologize for the delay in response. I checked your account, and can see that you have AC Black Flag on this account, but do not see your copy of the AC Black Flag Season Pass. Where did you happen to get the season pass from?

    I bought the season pass straight off of the uplay store. I have a screenshot of the order confirmation for both origins and the black flag season pass.

    I have similar problem. I bought season pass (PC-Uplay) and in the game I do not see these bonus content for example Freedom Cry. Any solution?

    assassins creed black fllag season pass not working

    so I purchased the season pass for assassins creed black flag via the store option when viewing the game on Uplay. it says i own all contents of the game when viewing in store, but if I go to account information and view "my games" it says i have no additional contents for the game pretty much. i spoke to a person on a support chat, they recommended verifying files and reinstalling the game, neither worked. if i go into the game and try to view additional contents, it brings me to a internet browser. i have screenshots to prove i own them. I know others have experienced this issue, now i am :/ does anyone know a possible fix?
