Crazy, Challenging, and Silly
I fully understand the the higher tier content, specifically the t4 control points, are going to be much more challenging but there are some things I feel are detracting from the enjoyment of the challenge.
I don't enjoy being bunkered. I understand the npc AI is meant to advance and engage you as the player attacking them but when you have to bound a full block from the initial point of contact because if you don't you get bunkered by gold bars that take more than 2 shots to kill, understandably. In a "cover based shooter" you should be able to use cover, seems there is some confusion on the difference between cover and concealment. You have chain link fence that stop bullets but get wrecked when behind a concrete barrier, while in cover, and a grenade lands in front of it?
I don't enjoy, nor do I think it is good design to have npc's be more accurate than 90% of the player base, I guess I should just assume that since it is a post disaster world that the Outcasts, Hyenas, and True Sons are all special forces trained by now hahaha and The Division are all plebes.
I'm not saying that i would like all of this to be changed just feel some of this stuff is a bit silly. I don't expect perfect realism but some things are very very outlandish, like npc's jumping down from 15" high buildings and landing like superman no big deal, or a Division agent being chased for days to not be bunkered by gang members holding an uzi.... Silly
Needless to say I am having fun but I do very often catch myself laughing at how silly some of the aspects are.
