You can make a heroe strong without these things. We have Many examples of that such as Shaman or Kensei.

I agree with you that bashes are sucks and should be removed from the game, but it is neutral bashes, don't compare them with lights, lights come after heavy, like Monk's kick, are monk's kick bad and toxic and bad for health of the game?

Shaman and Kensei? Kensei is medicore, because top heavy easy to interrupt and light after pommel strike should be buffered, how to solve this problem and make him strong? Give him 800ms heavy and 300ms light after pommel strike after palm-strike, and what will happen with him? He will just spam his top heavy with pommel strike cause it will safe and useful. Shaman is near trash-tier, what is the main problem? Damage, just give her 24dmg for double-light and she will spam headbutt with feints all day long. Kensei and Shaman are examples showing that characters without safe attacks are mediocre and weak.

Also kensei and shamn are very much not weak. In the hands of skilled players both are exceptional, and in the hands of weak players they are still decent against other weak players. Imo kensei is still one of the best made characters around except his pommel strike.
I know that the majority of players play on consoles and it is very sad that developers don't care. But how not to ignore consoles? Of course on console Kensei and Shaman top characters, very fast zones, very fast lights, unreactable Shaman's soft-feint, they are A/S-Tier heroes on console, but on PC they are mediocre and need big buffs.

In FH, we have a lot of example of mooves of the same speed but which still looks different due to the quality of their own animation.
Just look at all the 500ms lights in the game, Some looks faster ans harder to parry than others.
The bash are more annoying than the 400ms lights but are still frustrating.
And yes i say that for console. Ive played on PC.. this is, so easy to at least to block it. It is like their is no Middle ground between console and PC. That would be Nice if they will change their setting not for 100ms steps but 50ms. So we would have 450ms lights which would fit both platforms.

I dont see why Kensei would be strong on console and not on PC.
On both Kensei is mediocre in 1v1 and good in 4v4.
And Shaman is a good pick in both 1v1 and 4v4 and on both platform.

Shaman is worse then Kensei, on console she is very strong, her heavy-sf-top light is completely unreactable, bleed dot for half hp isn't fiction, fast 25dmg zone and fast forward dodge+light.
ro answer the ubi guy, i can't say the exact damage buffs as well as the ubi team should. I just know her damage is laughable compared to the others. i mean look at the zerker or the BP. her recovery needs to be looked at because her bash is punishable by GB unlike the other bashers in the game. its her only real way to get offense. its easy enough to dodge that she shouldn't be punished with a GB. i mean if a cent just gets a gb on her, maybe your by a wall.., with her extremely low hp your basically toast.. to sum it up, ask the devs if they would ever release the Valk as a new character today. the answer is for sure no, the devs would never release her in this form based on the last 5 characters. i hope u actually bring this up to the devs and not just tell us this to make us go away. :/
