Because when official Ubisoft (support) members reply at forums they always say "read the FAQ" and the FAQ says s*** about how to fix this... e_e
Overall this game is buggy as f*ck, which is pretty sad. For example I just didn't get any crates anymore when I reached level 85, they just disappear...
If you are going to resort to petty name calling, at least try to be accurate about it. @Ubi-Raziel I've bought the game a few weeks ago and tried connecting it to a UbiSoft account now and ran into exactly the same problem the other people in this thread had.
Tried various stuff described in FAQ to circumvent connection problems (including port forwarding), but nothing helped.
Any suggestions how to solve?
