I bought the year 3 pass some time ago, before Black Prior was released. I got Reputation 2 level 9 with Black Prior, and then my year 3 pass dissappeared from my Uplay account. With the current event going on, I'd like to get the unique weapon for him. But I can't. I even have a pictures of when I had BP. https://imgur.com/a/5d7E3ck Help?

A Year 3 Pass wouldn't simply remove itself from your account - we would need to look into this further with you.

Please create a case and we will get to the bottom of this.
