Regardless of where you where when you stopped playing...In the middle of a mission which actually takes a considerable amount of time toget to that point. But have to quit playing before finishing it. An the game puts you back at the safe house instead of where you stopped playing thegme at the mission location. This is a major mistake believe on the developers part. Somtimes people don't have eough timeto finish the mission
Its to keep you from logging directly into a firefight and being dead before you can react. It is quite normal in this type of game. They are called "safe" houses for a reason.
My suggestion is for you to work on unlocking the check-points as soon as you can... then you can fast travel to a location closer to where you want to go whenever you want.
There are safe areas in all missions. When you die in a mission, you don't restart the entire mission...you restart in the safe area leading to the section where you were killed.
If you log off for any reason, or get booted due to real life happening forcing you to step away for a few minutes..you restart in a safe house.
Why not reload you back to the mission just like if you're killed
That makes more sense and is much more gamer-friendly.
Not talking about dying in amission. I am talking about logging back in. If there are spawn point sin missions it does not make sense that the game send syou back to a safehouse. Al they need do is save the last spawn point. Sound slike they already have safe zone sin missions. SO the capability is there.
It's not about being closer to a destination.
If I'm working a mission and clear 4 of the 5 sections in said mission, and real life suddenly pops up and I need to log off...why, when logging back in, am I anywhere BUT in the last safe zone in the mission I was work on.
The game puts me there when I die during the mission, so why can't the game put me there when I log back in?
Why do I have to start everything all over again?
