Hello,
I am having the issue where I bring the guy to the power box I go in to flip the switch to rest the power and when I hit F it will flip the switch but does nothing at all.
So now I can not go any further on this mission and want the mod it rewards.
I have read the post here and see there has not been any update on the status of this besides we are looking into it.
Should be simple to replicate.
Start the mission
Unlock door upstairs and let guy out
Go back downstairs and flip power switch
You will see the lights go out and comes back on
Kill a few of the AI's that show up after and then let one kill you
Mission will fail
Go back to do it again and now when you flip the switch it does nothing at all, lights do not go out and mission is stalled
Hope this gets fix sooner then later...
Is there anyone there in Division 2 team who is able to fix this bug now been there for months? Hello! I can't hear you! Here is the problem which occurs once mission failed. The objective is like "Enter the maintenance room and on the power switch," but the door of maintenance room is already wide open though there is orange diamond appear at the open door but no "Press F to open the door" because the damned door is already wide open. The poor guy who wants to help is waiting for agent to open the door, does not realize it is already open - stupid fella! Please make sure to shut the door so that agent can open it and poor fella can enter into it. It's simple, just shut the damned door!
I too am having this bug from my testing in my game it seems to be linked to the state of the locked gate on the inside of the breaker room. I noticed that the door is open to the room before even getting to the trapped npc and that the locked gate that I accessed during my first and failed attempt was still open even after several days which normally respawns the locks on all other gates in the game. I think that the fact I had looted this area on the first failed attempt has forced the state of the door to be open before the quest updates and therefore is not allowing the quest event that is triggered by opening the door to happen. I hope this helps with the troubleshooting on this bug it should be easy to fix with a command setting the state of the door to closed when you first open the door to let the npc out of the backroom, that should reset the error in this case.
