even you can´t denie that ranked is a mess right now. The ways you rank up and down is to inconsisten that you could keep it in the game like this.
An example: I win 3 games in a row and the points/percentage I get are between 5-10% per game. When i lose a game i lose 15%?! And when I derank even more?
You derank too quick. Why not implement a ranked system similar to League of Legends or something else? There you collect and lose points similar to your system but here comes the trigger: You need to play promotion games to rank up! When you gonna rank up in your current league (Dia 1-->2) you have to play 3 promotion games and if you rank up into a higher league (Plat-->Dia) you have to play 5 promotion games. But wait there is more! IF YOU LOSE UR FIRST GAME AFTER RANKING UP YOU DONT GET INSTANTLY DERANKED! Doesnt sound this fair? It is at least more fair than the mode you call "ranked" in the moment.
The game doesnt reward you when you win matches in a row. In League you get more points when you win in a row and you even get at least 1 win for your promotions for free.
The current state of for honors ranked system is: win a game --> rank up --> lose a game --> rank down. It is just pointless to play ranked and it feels like you not even thought about a fair rewarding ranked system when you implemented it (ignoring the fact that the game is "balanced" on teamplay and not 1vs1)
Maybe you should give ranked Dominion a chance again, but this only on the edge.
Hopefuly some of the devs will read this and give us some feedback if they even care about ranked and which thought they had behind this awful ranked system.
