[BUG] Talk to Henry Heyes | Forums

After playing the mission Lincoln Memorial i have to talk to Henry cos i am getting an upgrade for the campus.
But i am not able to talk to him, he is just standing outside, and you can only talk to him by seeing the progression of the campus.
There is no marker that leads to him.
I believe this start already with the side mission Missing Campus Patrol, due you get an upgrade in here as well.
