I said this as a reply to other comment but want to say it to everyone as well ...

Try to be quick here -

I have not been able to open a crate since level 70 ... I am now level 91.

I cannot unlock any new aspects of the game - can't unlock extreme maps ... can't unlock new skill games or Trials University items - it wont even show me anymore what level I need to be to unlock anything.

I don't receive coins or acorns for completing maps or doing special 'missions' in the game either.

Every other time I turn the game on - EVERYTHING is back to default settings ... my custom rider and bikes are all back to what it was when I first started playing.

There are several maps that constantly lag when playing and they do it randomly all throughout playing.

I have even emailed customer support at ubisoft about my issues I am having with the game - crickets so far (they say 48hrs response time ... it's been about a day - I'm just unbelievably annoyed with how this is working).

I am so upset with how this has turned out. The amount of money I have put into this Trials Rising and ALL Trials games and have gotten slapped in the face by this and this is just a disgrace. SO many things I cannot do in this game for whatever reason is just unbelievable- cannot even game progress because it's so messed up.

I would not have purchased this game and would have advised all others not to as well if i knew it would be this bad. My details here are not even the half of what I'm actually going through with this game.

This is just sad as I have put an ungodly amount of hours into Trials and am not some new-timer.

I had the same issue with crates, money and acorns when I liost my career progress; Xbox One

After regaining 10 rider levels the crates, money and acorns things went back to normal. Not excusing it mind,

Yeah i consider myself quite positive, i had a few issues i was considering minor or at least that i could "ignore" them until a fix arrives. But as i get affected more and more by these issues, it's hard to stay that way.

On one hand the two betas that were quite stable for me, on the other hand that i'm in love with Trials since the early browser games, it was the only game i was considering to preorder since i can't even remember the last time i preordered something. Which i did and i was having a good time, even if the TC is a mess, even if i had to equip my outfits each time, even if i stopped getting crates, issues i could live with while waiting patiently. But since yesterday i got the duplication bug, lost my two created gear items, the customized items in general got reset, ok you can say this kinda escalated at this point. I wanna enjoy the season in mp, hunt down the rewards etc, but it's just not easy ignoring all these issues.

I spammed all my friends every day about Trials, especially the ones that seemed to have zero interest for it, but i just stopped doing that because i can hardly get into the mood to be the annoying spammer they know and love. Even setting the season on hold would be a nice option until at least the major ones of these issues get fixed.

Ok i really don't know what's happening, lol. Just started the game and all my items are back, the dupes are gone. I played a bit and got a crate. Seems to me like a heavy server issue or something, than actual bugs. Don't know. Anyway, i hope it stays that way.

Its gone back and forth for me, sometimes at 800/800, sometimes 450/800, when im really at 156/800. Most of my custom items come and go, and gameplay in single and MP, is spotty at best. Im hanging in there hoping one of my fav. games works its way into being the best Trials yet! Heres to hoping y'alls issues stay fixed

Yeah like i said in another topic, it feels like stepping into a minefield when starting the game. I'm kinda scared to run it, until i hear some official word about taking care of those issues.

I had over 40 crates show up out of no where, seems like it might be doing better now. Yesterdays stream explained a lot.
